Mobile Messaging (SMS) Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party, except with vendors who deliver the messages on our behalf and are permitted to use it only for that purpose. All categories of sharing described elsewhere in this policy exclude text-messaging opt-in data and consent.
When you give Winchester Lock Storage your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use that number only to send the account messages you asked for: rent-due reminders with a link to pay, payment receipts, one-time verification codes, gate or access updates, and replies to questions you text us. We do not send marketing texts.
We keep a record of when and how you opted in (for example, the checkbox on our move-in form or a request made in the office) and of any STOP request, because carriers require it and so that we can honour your choice.
